1. Lisbon Design Week acts as a platform and is owned and operated by From My City Lda, a Portuguese limited company. The events that appear on this website are organized independently and directly by the participants. Each venue organizes and hosts events independently and is responsible for its own insurance policy. It is also their responsibility to provide information about accessibility and any restrictions at their own venue.

2. We did our best to input the information received from each participant. We are however not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes of opening times, changes of programs. Each participant has to comply with all intellectual property rights and regulations and accurately credit all artists and piece represented. Any breach of intellectual property caused by any participant will be its sole responsibility.

3. We will not be responsible for, or have any liability for:

a) any accidental damage or injury happening during any of the events;

b) any loss of income or revenue, loss of profits or contracts incurred by any participant; or

c) any indirect or consequential loss or damage that any participant may suffer.

4. Any display and/or reproduction and/or partial or total use of this site, using any means whatsoever, without prior approval in writing is strictly prohibited.

5. Images and Intellectual Property

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all images, photographs and other visual materials provided to Lisbon Design Week for communication, promotional or editorial purposes may be lawfully used for such purposes and do not infringe any copyright, intellectual property, image rights or other third-party rights.

Lisbon Design Week is entitled to rely on the materials provided by participants and is not responsible for verifying the ownership, authorship or rights relating to individual works, objects, artworks, persons or other elements depicted in such materials. By submitting visual materials, participants confirm that they have obtained any permissions, licences and credits required for their use and publication by Lisbon Design Week.

Participants shall inform Lisbon Design Week of any mandatory credits or attribution requirements at the time the materials are submitted.
